Resources for Immigrants During the Coronavirus Crisis

We stand together with undocumented students who are integral to the fabric of our campus and our community, and they deserve a respectful learning environment that is free from harassment of any kind. Lower Columbia College is committed to protecting the safety, security and well-being of its students and staff, regardless of immigration status, within the limits of the law. Additionally, our campus safety officers do not question people about their immigration status and do not take any actions just because they are undocumented.

The most current set of COVID-19 translations can be found using the following links: Amharic, Arabic, Chinese, Filipino/Tagalog, French, Hindi, Japanese, Khmer, Korean, Marshallese, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Thai, and Vietnamese.

DACA Renewals

Appointments: USCIS has announced that all field offices and ASC centers in the US will remain closed at least through May 3, 2020 as a result of the ongoing public health crisis. As a result, all scheduled in-person appointments, including biometrics, interviews, oath ceremonies, and InfoPass, will be cancelled and a notice will be mailed.

USCIS will automatically reschedule all of these appointments (except for InfoPass) as soon as the offices reopen. Appointments that were scheduled for the  month of April will be canceled.
