Lower Columbia College will conduct all labor relations activities in good faith,
with the objective of furthering the values and objectives of the Board of Trustees
and the best interest of students. The Board of Trustees is authorized to sign agreements
on behalf of the district, except where that authority has been specifically delegated.
The terms of an approved collective bargaining agreement may amend policy.
