English Language Learning (ELL) is a program for students that are learning the English language. Students study English in the context of science, history, government, occupational education, health, fine arts, and digital literacy. International Students seeking a F-1 Visa (Academic Student) should contact International Programs.
About our Program
English Language Learning classes are designed for students who:
- Are age 16 years or older.
- Want to develop your English Language skills.
- Need assistance with English language skills to earn a high school diploma.
- Are transitioning into College and Career Preparation classes.
- Are preparing for the GED exam.
Affordable
Tuition costs just $25 per quarter with financial assistance available.
Convenient

Fill out the form below or call (360) 442-2580 to request further information about College and Career Preparation (CCP), or any College and Career Preparation program.
We will guide you through the process of enrolling in the program, starting with:
- An Intake Appointment
- CASAS (Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment System) Testing, a basic skills test that allows students to demonstrate their increasing knowledge and skills. It also helps instructors determine how to proceed with effective coursework. CASAS tests are typically given at the end of the quarter and prior to program enrollment.
