As a faculty member, you have responsibility for continuous improvement in your courses
and programs based on data collection, analysis, planning and implementation of needed
changes. But that doesn't mean you have to go it alone.
Whether you are part of a large department or a discipline of one, help is available.
If you need assistance, ask for help from your dean, Instructional Assessment Committee
representative, department chair, Office of Effectiveness and College Relations, or
eLearning department.
