No. Since you get Office 365 as a free student resource, there is no compensation for previous purchases.
Sometimes, if you have the most up-to-date version of Office, you can simply log in to your student Office account without installing Office again. However, to prevent issues, we generally recommend uninstalling your current version of Office first.

Yes, Office supports having both a personal and school account. Your personal account will be associated with a different email address than your school account. However, keep in mind that you cannot log in to both simultaneously.
