*The anticipated processing time for financial aid applications is four to six weeks. Students who submit their applications after the financial aid deadline may not have financial aid in place for the start of the quarter. This could mean not having books and supplies up front and/or getting dropped from your classes. Application for new students and those who are returning after 2+ years.
For assistance, visit the One-Stop Center Zoom online, or on campus in the Admissions Center, during regular business hours. Please bring photo ID.
After you apply, you should receive an email within four business days, pending holidays and high volume periods. This email will contain your ctcLink ID number.
Students who plan to study in the USA on a student visa or who are already in the USA on a student visa and wish to transfer their I-20 to Lower Columbia College, are considered International Students.

**Once your FAFSA or WASFA is submitted, remember to regularly check the Financial Aid portal for updates and the status of your financial aid application. You may need to submit additional documents before financial aid can be awarded. The financial aid office communicates what documents they need using the Financial Aid portal.
