Lower Columbia College Leadership, Management and Governance
Lower Columbia College (LCC) is governed by a five-member Board of Trustees. Acting as a whole, the Board is responsible for the selection and evaluation of the President. The President leads the institution and is the designated hiring authority. On behalf of LCC, the President employs qualified faculty, staff and administrators who support and carry out the operational functions of the institution.
LCC has a number of administrative policies regarding the governance and management of the institution, including policies specifically related to Human Resources.
