Locate your instructor in the Employee Directory

Scroll to the instructor's name and click 'detail'. You will be able to see their phone number, office location, office hours and winter quarter class schedule.

Locate your classroom on the Campus Map

Click the 'Choose a Building' drop down and select a building, or click the building name on the map, to see floor layouts and room numbers.

Go to the Registration Office located in the lobby of the Admissions Center and request an 'Add/Drop' form

There are several ways to obtain your transcript of credits earned at Lower Columbia College

Unofficial Copy

Get an unofficial copy of your grades at the end of any quarter, or anytime you need an unofficial transcript.

Official Copy

Order an official copy of your transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Transfer your credits earned at other institutions and request a transcript evaluation

Students who have earned credits at another institution, and intend to transfer them towards a degree or certificate at Lower Columbia College, need to request an official transcript from that institution, and complete Lower Columbia College's transcript evaluation form.

Go to the Bookstore located on the first floor of the Student Center

All new LCC students are provided with an identification (ID) card. ID cards are required for campus services such as the library, computer labs and testing centers. Student ID cards are available in the LCC Bookstore. The ID card is NOT issued quarterly; it is valid for the duration of the student’s time at LCC. The charge for a replacement ID card is listed at Tuition and Fees.

Go to the Cashier Window located in the Admissions Center

All LCC students are provided with a parking permit each year at no charge once tuition arrangements have been made. Permits are valid for the entire academic year (fall through summer). Students must display this permit in their vehicle when parking on campus.

Permits can be picked up at Cashiering in Admissions. Student ID and license plate number required.

Parking lots are monitored. The fine for parking illegally on campus is $40. Cars will be towed if parked illegally in fire lanes, disabled parking spaces, or locations with warning signs. For more information see Parking Lots.

Login to the Financial Aid Portal to get the latest updates and status on your financial aid application

The Portal is available 24/7 for your convenience. Please check it often.

Information about the disbursal of your financial aid check, if you are eligible to receive one, is listed at Financial Aid/Your Check & Address.

Please make sure your have updated your current mailing address.

All regularly scheduled closures (holidays, efficiency closures, summer closures, etc), are listed at Campus Calendars. Click the ‘Closures’ sub calendar to filter results.

In the event of a weather closure or other campus emergency, all available communication channels will be used to post information and updates. A list of these channels, along with important emergency information, is listed at Emergency Handbook/Crisis Communication Procedure.

If you observe or experience harassment or discrimination, bias, or other misconduct, please Make a Report.

Your report will route to the appropriate personnel, who will respond to your concerns in a timely and as private a manner as possible.
