Mass Incarceration in America: Understanding the Past, Evaluating the Present, and Innovating for the Future

 
Dr. Nicholas Crapser is currently the Clinical Director at 4D Recovery – A Recovery Organization for Young People. Dr. Crapser is a State Licensed and Nationally Board-Certified Mental Health Counselor,
state licensed drug and alcohol counselor and clinical supervisor and holds national certifications in each as well.

About William Vest Memorial Lecture Series

William Vest Memorial Lectures are held annually during Spring Quarter in honor of former LCC instructor William Vest.

Attendance open to the public. No charge to attend.

William Vest taught Western Civilization and Political Science classes at Lower Columbia College from 1969 to 1984. He was widely respected as a master of his subject and mentor to his colleages. He was considered a leader in the classroom, on campus, and in the community. After his death in 1984 the Social Science Department instituted a lecture series in his memory.
