About the Athletic Excellence Fund

College athletics is an important avenue to educational and career success. LCC's student athletes rank near the top of their peers in academic achievement.

The LCC Foundation is focused on student success and completion. We know that athletics keeps our students in the game, and we have a strong commitment to protecting the future of athletics and ensuring its legacy continues for the future.

The Athletic Excellence Fund supports:

• A full scholarship for one student athlete is $3,000 per year.
• In addition, program support, equipment, travel and food can average up to $1,200 annually per student = $4,200
• LCC Athletics needs both annual and long-term donations to support student scholarships and program support
