Community Choir is the largest vocal ensemble on campus with approximately 30-40 members and is comprised of both outstanding community and student members from Longview area. This choir performs a wide variety of literature.

All members perform a vital role in the choir and have opportunities to perform solos. Literature varies from traditional choral works to musical theatre.
Members perform in quarterly concerts with other LCC choirs. On occasion the choir performs with the Southwest Washington Symphony.
LCC's auditioned chamber ensemble comprised of anywhere from 15-30 students. The group performs literature ranging from Vivaldi to Queen.

On occasion the choir performs with the Southwest Washington Symphony. This choir also tours; most recently to Carnegie Hall in New York City, where members sang under the direction of Tim Sharp!
LCC's premier auditioned a cappella octet, which is featured in every concert, and performs specialty events throughout the year.
Because this group is small, every singer plays a vital role. The focus is on a cappella
repertoire and showmanship. Songs from a variety of genres–from traditional, to Broadway,
to Pop–are performed.
Members perform in quarterly concerts with other LCC choirs, and can also be seen
in a variety of community events; particularly during the holidays.

Students receive personally tailored instruction for the development of natural and efficient tone production, increased range, flexibility and control, and stage presence. Students also focus on variety of repertoire ranging from historical to contemporary, as well as diction in multiple languages.
