LCC has direct transfer agreements with top-rated regional universities. These agreements allow students to transfer with greater ease. After earning your associate degree at Lower Columbia College, you can transfer to a four-year institution to complete your bachelor's degree.
LCC's University Center allows students to earn a four-year university degree without having to move away. You can transfer to one of our partner schools, or anywhere in the U.S. Our advisors will help create a transfer plan just for you!
The Intensive English Program (IESL) provides strong academic English preparation for students planning to enter a college or university academic program. Our instructors have years of experience in teaching English to non-native speakers and many have lived and worked abroad. LCC's Intensive English Program offers open enrollment. No English proficiency scores are required to enroll.
LCC offers short-term customized programs throughout the year. Programs may range from a few days to three weeks, depending on the needs of the group. Programs are open for groups from educational institutions, government agencies, and private or public corporations. Participants must be at least 16 years of age.
