LCC Apartment-Style Housing for International Students

Apartment Options 2023-2024 Academic Year

Two-bedroom apartment (private bedroom with a shared main living area and kitchen)

  • $1500 per quarter (each quarter is 3 months)
    • One-time $125 cleaning fee and $100 linens fee are required with first payment

Two-bedroom apartment (shared bedroom with a shared main living area and kitchen)

  • $900 per quarter (each quarter is 3 months)
    • One-time $125 cleaning fee and $100 linens fee are required with first payment

Monthly cost includes all utilities except for cable. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and a student's first choice of housing type is not always available. Does not include meals.

  • LCC security regularly patrols the apartments

Host Family

Host Family Living (for students under 18)

Live with an American family and share their customs, culture, and language. In Host family applications must be submitted to least 45 days before the housing / application deadline.
