How to Apply

Step 1: Submit Application Documents Online

Documentation required to upload to the application:

Include a copy of your passport information page.

Submit payment authorization for non-refundable application fee:

Application Fee: $50

Proof of Financial Support consists of:

1. Official bank statement or letter indicating financial support

  • Showing at least $19,900 USD in the account.
  • Less than 6 months old at time of application.
  • Commitment to Pre-Pay

AND

2. Declaration of Financial Support

Transferring from another school in the United States?

  • Copy of visa
  • Copy of I-20
  • Official transcripts (if transferring from a college or university)

Proof of English proficiency not required for admission. Students who do not provide proof will be admitted to our Pathway Program.

Mailing Options

Step 2: Select mailing option, pay for shipping, and receive admission packet and Form I-20

Lower Columbia College uses eShipGlobal to process and ship your critical documents.

  • Visit eShipGlobal. Do not visit DHL or FedEx directly. The site works best with Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox browsers.
  • Click on Student Sign Up on homepage.
  • Register for an account by completing the online form.
  • Log into your account by clicking on Student/Scholar Login at the top of homepage.
  • Click on Receive Documents from University.
  • In the University search, type Lower Columbia College and select the department as International Programs.
  • Leave the Student ID field blank. Enter your mailing address, email, phone number, document type (I-20), and credit card information. Please make sure all information is correct to avoid any delay in your shipment.
  • Once you have requested the shipment, email international@lowercolumbia.edu to notify us that you have requested an eShipGlobal shipment and we will send your documents.
  • If you have questions about how to use this service, review the Help or FAQ section of the eShipGlobal website, or email support@eshipglobal.com.
