General estimate on the cost of attending LCC is based on the recommended full-time enrollment of 15 credits per quarter for a total of 3 quarters (the minimum allowed enrollment is 12 credit hours).
Tuition and educational expenses vary depending on course selections, housing and meal choices, personal spending, and number of credits enrolled. Tuition rates are established by the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges and are subject to change. Tuition for applied bachelor's degrees is charged at a different rate. Notice: Before your arrival at LCC, you are required to pay the full tuition and fees for
your first term. The tuition amount is determined by the number of credits and classes
for which you are registered. Please see First Term Payment details below.
Application fee: $50 (non-refundable)
Enrollment confirmation fee: $300 (non-refundable, unless visa is not issued)
Apartment fee: $125 (non-refundable one-time housing payment)

You are required to pay your first term tuition and fees in full before your arrival at LCC. The deadline for the First Term Payment is listed on
the How To Apply webpage and is approximately four weeks before the term start date.
The tuition amount is determined by the number of credits and classes for which you
are registered. Academic students must enroll in a minimum of 12 credits per term.
Pathway (iESL) students must enroll in at least 18 credits per term. The tuition cost
typically ranges from $4,000 to $6,000 per term, depending on your course load. Once
you are registered for classes, you will receive an invoice for your tuition payment,
and detailed instruction on how to complete your payment. Payments can be made via
Flywire.
First Term Payment must be paid in full. Payment plans are not available for the First
Term Payment.
After your first term at LCC, tuition and fees will be due at the beginning of each term. Payment options include Flywire, US Credit Card, or cash. Payment plans are also available, and for further details, please connect with the Cashier’s Office located in the LCC Admission Building. Payment plans are not available for the First Term Payment.

The office is open for students and visitors Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and Fridays 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (UTC-8:00). Office hours during the breaks may differ, and the campus is closed on Fridays during the Summer session.
